Our A la carte services include:
- Resume Screening / Evaluation. We will sort through the pile and provide you with a short list of resumes that fit the criteria you specify. We can also analyze the types of responses you are getting and offer some highly effective job posting / writing advice.
- Initial Phone Screens. We are thorough and impartial.
- On site Interviewing days: We can provide Behavioral or Traditional interviewing services which are comprehensive and very detailed. We do them individually or we can schedule and arrange interview days where we conduct multiple in house interviews. We welcome management to attend these so they can take away some important tips.
- Exit Interviews: We can conduct thorough and confidential exit interviews which are excellent for helping you to identify possible reasons for high turn over rates.
- Attend Job Fairs or College Campus Recruiting functions on your behalf
- Business Consulting- Hiring Model Evaluation and Cost Savings Analysis / New Recruiter Training - Coaching / Retention Training / Competitive Intelligence / Research
